ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will have a multi-faceted role, wherein you will be required to assume a front-end plus backend role to help ensure the success of customers using the Marquee Equity services, and manage Marquee Equity’s relationships with them on an ongoing basis
- You will be primarily working in creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies as well as stages of their business operations.
- You will be required to advise and consult clients by structuring their funding rounds in light of the current market conditions & suitable investor needs. This requires an understanding of the private investment market vis-a-vis funding ask, valuation, financial models, business projections, etc.
