ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will have a multi-faceted role, wherein you will be required to assume a front-end plus backend role to help ensure the success of customers using the Marquee Equity services, and manage Marquee Equity’s relationships with them on an ongoing basis
• You will be primarily working in creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies as well as stages of their business operations.
• You will be required to advise and consult clients by structuring their funding rounds in light of the current market conditions & suitable investor needs. This requires an understanding of the private investment market vis-a-vis funding ask, valuation, financial models, business projections, etc.
• You are required to ensure quality services are delivered to the client.
• You are required to adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple deals together.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/ Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
• CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
• Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.

The candidate will work with the FX & Rates Solutions team of the Bank across key Asian markets. The client team provides risk management and hedging solutions across FX, Rates and other asset classes to corporate clients and financial sponsor clients across APAC and is one of the market leaders in this space.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to work on the below mentioned tasks to begin with and depending upon the candidate’s proficiencies and interest can be scaled up –

• Conducting macroeconomic research across FX and Rates markets to provide actionable insights for client strategy and risk management decisions
