As we grow our design team, we’re looking for a Creative Designer  who can translate Avora’s spirit of sophistication and adventure into timeless, world-class visuals.


The Role

This is not a typical design role.

As Avora’s Creative Designer , you will shape how the brand is seen and felt across platforms: from digital campaigns and social stories to on-ground experiences, event collateral, and brand films.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and leadership teams to develop visual narratives that capture the essence of elegance, motion, and exclusivity.


What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualise and design campaign visuals for social, digital, and print media that reflect Avora’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Develop high-impact creative assets: brochures, pitch decks, event kits, invites, and digital presentations that elevate our brand partnerships.
  • Create and edit short-form videos and reels that tell immersive brand stories.
  • Maintain and evolve Avora’s brand identity and design language across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to bring campaign ideas and event themes to life visually.
  • Research design, fashion, sport, and hospitality trends to keep Avora’s visual output global and relevant.
  • Manage multiple creative projects with speed, structure, and impeccable attention to detail.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer  in luxury, lifestyle, or experiential marketing.
  • A refined sense of aesthetics, typography, and storytelling , more than just design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong grasp of video editing and motion graphics .
  • Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, creative environment where ideas evolve rapidly.
  • Curiosity for the worlds of sport, fashion, design, and travel and how they intersect.
