Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager - Industrial Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing motorcycle designs from initial ideas to production-ready solutions. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Clay Modelers, Engineers, and Digital Sculptors, to create motorcycles that embody Royal Enfield’s legacy while pushing the boundaries of design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, sketch, and visualize innovative motorcycle concepts aligned with Royal Enfield’s design philosophy.
- Develop motorcycle designs from initial sketches to digital 3D models, ensuring a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.

Work Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in motorcycle design, preferably in a two-wheeler or automotive company.
- Strong sketching and visualization skills to quickly communicate design ideas.
- Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and rendering.
- Knowledge of Alias, Rhino, or Gravity Sketch is a plus.

Our client, a forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainable industrial practices, is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Lead Industrial Designer to spearhead the design of innovative and eco-friendly products. This role is fully remote, offering you the opportunity to influence product development from any location. You will be responsible for the entire product design lifecycle, from conceptualization and sketching to prototyping and final production-ready designs. Your key duties will include leading design research, developing user-centered design concepts, creating detailed 3D models and renderings, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and sustainability targets are met.
