Job Title: Marketing Executive – ATL & Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive – ATL & Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across Above The Line (ATL) and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

ATL Marketing:

  • Plan and execute ATL campaigns including TV, radio, print, outdoor, and cinema advertising.
  • Coordinate with creative and media agencies for campaign ideation and rollout.
  • Ensure timely release of creatives and media plans in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, track media spends, and generate performance reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize online ads to increase traffic and lead generation.
  • Work with content teams to develop engaging digital creatives and copy.
  • Monitor analytics, website traffic, and conversion data; prepare performance dashboards.
  • Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Branding & Coordination:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to align marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of both ATL & digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in ATL and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience working with creative/media agencies preferred.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage social media activities — content planning, posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Support SEO and content marketing efforts with keyword research, blogs, and website optimization.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce creative assets for ads, social posts, and campaigns.
