**Job Description:**
10 to 15 years of experience in SAP.
At least 5+ years of relevant experience in project Management / Program Management .
Responsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned SAP IT projects - includes project planning delivery internal customer interaction, trouble shooting, managing project and people management.
Provide leadership to ensure that integrated solutions will be coordinated and standardized across organization-wide.
Worked on 3-5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects as Project lead/manager and should include at least one conversion project and should have in depth understanding of RISE WITH SAP.
Worked as lead consultant in any of the SAP Functional Modules - PP/ QM / WM / PM / FICO / MM / SD / PS / EWM functional Modules and looking for an SAP Project Manager Role.
Experience in leading and deploying IT Projects.
Certification in SAP Activate/ PMP is an added advantage.
Builds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account.
Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.
Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.Manage the financial aspects of the project, budgeting and estimate to actual variance, profitability analysis.Communicate and/or escalate project issues early to account management and delivery management.
Excellent communication skills.Drive standards, Define and implement/improve data governance strategies and enforce best practices to scale data pipelines across platform.
Accurate planning and estimation of project schedule, resources, cost and scope.Should be able to effectively manage communication with stakeholders.
Oversees all SAP project related activities and is accountable for the success, execution and final delivery of the program and work products.
Delivering the projects primary result on schedule and within budget. Should identify potential risks, issues and formulate mitigation plans for minimizing the impact of the same, coupled with continual reporting on project progress and risk communication with all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project management documents using SAP's standard templates and tools.Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills .Open to Travel based on the project need

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Manage teams to deliver excellence in "wing to wing" project management services including design, construction and installation activities
+ Drive process excellence delivering productivity in Healthcare Project Management & install cost, install cycle and ensure connectivity at install

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college
+ 3+ years of professional experience in project management /construction/ installation/service function
+ Have experience in interior fitout projects, people management, project execution and customer handling experiences
+ Experienced in site planning role at both designing and execution
+ Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD

**POSTING**
In this role, you will:
+ Coordinates work of a cross-functional team responsible for supporting Municipal bids and project delivery within the assigned portfolio/region. Be the project focal point for both customer as well as internal organization.
+ Works closely with Sales partners to develop winning proposals based on cost effective solutions that meet customer requirements and to accept handover of project information, review purchase order information and start project phase.
+ Manages projects including technical and commercial aspects - reviews contracts and technical specifications; ensures that performance, cost, and quality objectives are met; works with Service and Trojan Finance in timely project close out of customer contracts.
+ This function will involve travel to customers for short periods of time for kick off and progress meetings.
+ Leads the design submittal and manage the client through the approval stage.
+ Configures standard equipment manufactured by Trojan in Canada to suit customer's or contract requirements.
+ Manages change order requests making sure project profitability and scope creep is avoided.
+ Supports Production ensuring on time manufacture readiness and specification are met.
+ Coordinates Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) managing customer expectations and following factory standards.
+ Produces & Maintains project delivery schedules ensuring Trojan is not exposed contractually or commercially during order fulfilment stage.
+ Provides professional customer service, negotiating and resolving issues with customers and external stakeholders through all phases of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Solves technical problems, evaluating systems and or processes to determine root cause and implement corrective actions as required, engaging subject matter experts as needed.
+ Provides accurate and timely project status and progresses, communication of issues, risks, and corrective actions related to the projects.
Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Three to five years of experience in Project Management with PMP designation would be an asset.
+ Experience in Municipal Water industry and a with a working knowledge of contracts preferred.
+ Experience working with cross-functional technical discipline teams.
+ Knowledge of UV Disinfection would be an advantage.
+ Fluent English speaker.
+ Outstanding communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
+ Advanced technical degree (e.g. Engineering) preferred.
+ Ability to travel both domestically & internationally is essential.
