Job Title: Court Clerk

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4+ years in a similar role

Reporting to: To the Litigation Team

Role Overview:
DKL Advocates is looking to hire a reliable and well-organized Court Clerk with

hands-on experience in handling court procedures, filings, and documentation across

various forums including the Bombay High Court, DRT, DRAT, District Courts,

work, filing requirements, cause lists, and coordination with court officials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and file physical and electronic documents before the Bombay High

Court and Tribunals.
- Track court and tribunal cause lists, board listings, and adjournments daily.

affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with registry officials for objections, case status, and compliance

requirements.
- Maintain an internal log of all filed matters, case numbers, orders received,

and hearing dates.
- Assist advocates during court proceedings as required.
- Collect certified copies, court orders, and ensure timely delivery to the

concerned team or clients.
- Handle regular visits to courts, tribunals, including SAT for updates and

procedural compliance.
- Maintain physical filing records, office copies, and digital backups of case

documents.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of filing procedures and formats for:

- Bombay High Court (Original and Appellate Side)
- DRT & DRAT
- NCLT & NCLAT
- District Court
- SAT
- Familiarity with online filing systems, cause list tracking portals, and e-filing

processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with court staff

and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation under deadlines.
- Trustworthy and dependable in handling sensitive legal documents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- At least 2 years of prior experience working as an Advocates Clerk at the High

Court.
- Knowledge of Marathi is a must.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and court e-filing platforms.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior work at a law firm or with a senior counsel handling matters before

DRT/DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT, and SAT.
- Exposure to both civil and commercial litigation filings.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
