Who are we looking for?
An individual preferably with a Master's (M.Phil) / Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology / equivalent and registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist with 8+ years of experience and at least 4 years in a leadership, strong domain knowledge in healthcare and leadership capability is essential. Strategic thinking, advanced clinical expertise, and the ability to influence patient care strategies are other key attributes.

Conduct IPD sessions daily
Keep residents engaged through activities
Conduct OPD at Sukoon Health
Maintain the highest standards of clinical care
Maintain a patient-first approach by the therapy team through effective team Supervision, regular case discussions, clinical guidance and mentorship
Conducting psychological assessments
Execute clinical program as directed by Clinical Center Head and Executive Director-Psychiatry Services
Assist in PR activities through workshops and CMEs
