Introduction:
The Research Executive/ Senior Research Executive is responsible for executing customized market research projects for the corporate clients. The profile requires the candidates to work with his/her senior research team on key milestones of the project. This includes discussions with the clients, proposal writing, questionnaire preparation, analysis and report writing. The role requires working closely with the Research Manager, Project Managers and Business Head ensuring the successful execution of the work. The Research Executive/ Senior Research Executive will be mentored, guided, and assigned research tasks by the Research Manager
Responsibilities:
· Discuss and understand the research brief with Clients and Business Head
· Write first draft proposals, get them reviewed from Research Managers and Business Head to finalize
· Brief team of project managers on a newly commissioned project
· Build questionnaires ensuring the proposed technique has been followed diligently
· Review survey link and ensure error free data collection before data collection starts
· Day to Day monitoring of the project
· Review data collection and analysis periodically to ensure timely completion
· Review interim and final data
· Client communication related to project
· Discuss on the report/ presentation
· Discuss and finalize report/ presentation with Research Manager and Business Head
Your Profile:
MBA/ Masters in Statistics, 2-4 years of experience in Quantitative Market Research
· Self-Motivated - should be organized, responsible and goal-oriented person
· Should be willing to take initiative and responsibility
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
· Insight generation capability by reading the data and market knowledge
· Logical thinker with strong communication (both oral and written) skills
· Advanced use of Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
