  • Ensure products receive prominent shelf placement and are well represented within client locations.

4.Promotions, Merchandising & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and execute in-store and on-premises visibility plans, ensuring effective placement of products in client locations.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and customized offers for key accounts.
  • Ensure institutional partners are equipped with the necessary marketing materials, promotions, and merchandising to drive product awareness.

5.Market Insights & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to recommend adjustments in strategy.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all institutional clients, including business activities, commercial details, and client profiles.

Role is in media Sales


Our Product – 1) Audiowala busstand ( it’s doing audio advertisement tru passenger announcement system located in state transport roadways bus stands across 8 states in India )

2) Brand promotion tru Offline ( BTL activation ) for leading brands in India.


JD . Achieving the targets of media sales assigned to them periodically.

2. Handling the corporate media clients.

3. Handling the media agencies for business procurement.

4. Identify clients & develop from across sectors -banking, FMCG, Agriculture, Building material entertainment etc.

5. Client Servicing; building relationships.

6. Media Sales for acquiring New Clients for Branding/Sustenance campaigns.

7. Handle complete sales cycle end to end, from Lead Generation to Sales Closure.

9. Implementing all the task and reporting duties assigned to them .This include the Daily Activity Reports ,Market Intelligence Reports, Competition Tracking report.

10. New Business Development; New brands on board

11. Track Advertisement Campaigns, Presentations

12. Collections and Reports



Exp -1 to 3 years in Media Sales.


Exceptional non Media Candidate can be also considered , Travelling localy for client meets is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key clients, including Banks, NBFCs, and

FinTechs.

• Act as a strategic partner for senior executives, fostering high levels of client satisfaction

and engagement.

2. Strategic Growth & Retention:

• Take ownership of account growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Proactively minimize churn through excellent relationship management and value

delivery.

3. Account Operations:

• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.

• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and manage escalations effectively.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports, forecasts, and key account metrics.

• Manage compliance requirements for key accounts

3. Business Development:

• Liaise with key decision-makers such as Business Managers, Risk Managers, and Product

Managers are to explore new business opportunities.

• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive account expansion.

4. Service Excellence:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of

services.

• Maintain rigorous attention to detail in addressing client concerns and executing

engagements.

5. Market Intelligence:

• Conduct detailed competition mapping to inform client strategy and internal planning.

6. Data-driven decision making

• Leverage data analysis and dashboarding tools to monitor account performance, track

KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making

and improve client engagement.



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) from a

premier institute.

2. 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in financial services,

FinTech, or enterprise SaaS.

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the

organization.

4. Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
