Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori and activity-based learning methods
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities
- Maintain a warm, positive, and organized classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and share updates with parents
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff on school events and learning programs
- Communicate professionally with parents and address any concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Montessori training or certification is a strong plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Telugu
- Warm, patient, and creative approach to teaching
- Basic tech familiarity (smart classrooms, activity screens, etc.) is a bonus.
The pay is 20,000+ based on experience & capability.
