Define Quality and Reliability Engineering Standards for all Product Lines to meet key organization deliverables and exceed Consumer expectations.
Lead and Manage all the validation lab activities w.r.t scheduling, planning, equipment’s, validation plan, utilization, calibration, maintenance, etc
Make Validation protocols w.r.t equipment WI, SOPs, Test plans & procedures as per BIS/ internal test standards across all product categories.
Creating and maintaining documentation & requirements for validation. Authenticate & report the tests results basis acceptance/ rejection Criteria.
Ensure the lab operates in a validated environment that meets regulatory requirements.
List The Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure products are validated as per plan. To identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of validation lab and ensure conformance to BIS/ BEE standards.
Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve conformance.
Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide training and support to testing teams/ staff to optimize the usage of equipment’s, instruments and processes.
Experience Required
10-12 years of experience in Testing, Validation as per BIS/ BEE standards especially in consumer durable industry.
Strong knowledge of National as well as international standards
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and manage change in a fast-paced environment
