Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Location: Lucknow, Gaziabad, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Ahmedabad, Indore, Rajkot, Kolkata, Chennai
Qualification: any science graduate
Job Profile:
Sell a variety of instruments to different businesses.
- Work within a defined geographic territory.
- Design, implement, and execute short and long-term sales strategies that will result in territory growth.
- Implement knowledge of equipment sales cycle.
- Sell a balanced portfolio of instruments and consumables.
- Support distribution channels.
- Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
- Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
- Take orders and deliver products.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing departments production and delivery schedules.
- Research competitors.
- Gathers, analyzes and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriate to the Quality and Safety Testing market.
- Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance.

• Identify, prioritize, evaluate, and manage procurement needs and opportunities for lab equipments and instruments.
• Purchase order creation, dispatch monitoring and management through electronic purchasing system.
• Performs contract validations to ensure compliance as per Purchase Requests and Organizational Processes and Policies.
• Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain documentation/information trail as per audit requirements.
• Creates seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate Job Aids, identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process, Contributing/leading in Special Projects
• Manages supplier setup process by validating & approving profile changes in system
• Perform procurement functions for as per production planning requirement.
• Ensure the compliances related to procurement and follow the Global Procurement Policy guidelines
• Manage and complete tasks required to be performed as category manager.
• Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives.
• Establish and enhance supplier relationships to drive sourcing and supplier initiatives to meet or exceed product quality, service and deliver sustainable cost reductions, while reducing or mitigating risk in the Supply Chain.
• Oversee purchasing system, Cost point on procurement actions, approval workflows and thresholds and tracking related to Purchase Orders.

**Salary - 25K -30K (+ Incentives)**
**Location: Maharashtra & Goa Region, other as specified.**
Experience Required: 2-3 years (Preferably in Cleanroom Equipment, Lab Furniture, or related industry)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, food, and research industries.
Visit clients, present products, and conduct technical/commercial discussions.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up for orders, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer database (CRM).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant field (preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years in sales of cleanroom equipment, lab furniture, or similar technical products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of cleanroom standards (ISO, GMP) and lab layouts will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales revenue achieved vs. target.
Number of new client acquisitions.
Repeat order percentage from existing clients.
Timely submission of sales reports.
