• Collect blood, urine, stool, and other samples from patients (phlebotomy if trained).
  

• Prepare specimens for testing using appropriate techniques.
  

• Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis.
  

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers.

• Certifications: Valid registration from paramedical council (if applicable).
  

• Good knowledge of clinical pathology, microbiology, and biochemistry.
  

• Proficiency in handling diagnostic lab instruments.
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy in result interpretation and documentation.
  

• Basic computer skills (Lab Information System – LIS knowledge preferred).
