Plan and execute all factory-based testing activities for power transformers in alignment with the project execution plan.

Conduct in-process testing (Stage 1–5) to ensure product quality at every stage of production.

Perform routine, type, and special tests within the plant, ensuring adherence to industry and client specifications.

Facilitate and coordinate customer inspections at the factory and ensure timely approval of test reports.

Investigate failures or deviations observed during in-process / final testing and communicate findings for corrective action.

Ensure calibration and maintenance (preventive, predictive, and breakdown) of all plant testing equipment.

Monitor and implement safety protocols for all testing operations within the factory.

Provide structured feedback to Production teams on any manufacturing defects identified during factory testing.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality & safety guidelines in testing.

Maintain accurate testing records and update modifications to procedures in SAP / plant systems with minimal delay.

Drive closure of all non-conformance issues raised during factory testing or client inspections.
