Key Responsibilities :
1. Assessing all MB candidates at A2 and B1 level before they appear for the final examinations.
2. Visiting satellite centers during weeks when visiting Noida and taking classes while at MB premises.
3. Taking B1 exam preps when candidates are ready to give the exams.
4. Creating plans for remedial and retests of candidates - based on number of days left for the next exam, specific modules left, and current level of scoring in the first attempt.
5. Conceptualizing and executing innovative, learner-centric language programs aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and leading the development of curriculum materials, assessment tools, and lesson plans based on evolving language learning trends and learner needs.
6. Designing and conducting train-the-trainer programs to enhance the teaching skills of trainers, with a special focus on foreign language didactics and digital tools; and overseeing the effective utilization of teaching resources and digital platforms, ensuring their regular update and alignment with the curriculum.
7. Acting as a mentor to junior trainers, providing professional guidance and fostering a culture of
collaborative learning.
8. Ensuring consistent quality standards through classroom observations, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
9. Creating opportunities for experiential learning through cultural events, language clubs, and immersive activities that strengthen the connection between language and culture.
10. Collaborating with internal teams to introduce intercultural training modules that go beyond language learning and promote cultural understanding, and contribute to the look and feel of the training rooms in this regard
11. Conducting monthly/regular assessments for the candidates to ensure improvement in learning - week on week
Key Requirements:
1. C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut (mandatory).
2. Proven experience in teaching German to groups, preferably up to B2 level.
3. Strong command of spoken and written German and English.
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
5. Passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
6. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms (for virtual training, if applicable).
