The
Operations Head
will be part of the Colliers Project Management team, and responsible for managing operations in Mumbai and at a later stage West India.

Role
This role requires a hands-on approach and deep engagement with Colliers Project teams, Clients, and stakeholders at every stage of the project's lifecycle. To summarize:

• Regular Visits: You will be expected to visit all project sites regularly. This means staying on top of the progress, identifying any issues early, and ensuring that the work is being done according to the plan.
• Client Interaction: To have regular meetings with Clients and update them on the project's progress, address their concerns, and manage their expectations. Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients.

for indirect taxes.

• Assist Project Manager in developing billing schedule and the amendments

from time to time.

• Responsible for Invoicing Philosophy and process in agreement with

Customers.

• Responsible to maintain positive cash flow throughout the project. Cash Flow

Planning, co-ordinating with the respective stake holders to achieve the billing

milestones.

• Ensure that customer is invoiced as per the agreed billing schedule and

follow-up to collect receivables on time

• Inputs to Procurement for SCC, GCC of purchase orders with back to back

T&C of Customer.

• Participation in vendor negotiation meetings as applicable as per protocol.

Review and approval of Vendor PO and Sub- Contracts Purchase Orders/

amendments thereon.

• Maintains the books of account for the respective contract in al aspect.

MIS & Tools:

• Provide periodic information to the management regarding expected, costs,

profitability and cash flow of contracts. Raise early warnings in case of major

deviations and work with the team with regard to the mitigation Plans.

Required Skills:

• 1-5 years in Project coordination in an IT services company.
• Facilitates communication with the Internal and External stake holders.
• Organizing multiple business meetings, capturing minutes of meetings, and making sure action points are closed.
• Monitoring support and proposal tickets and assigning it to the right resources with help of project managers.
• Periodically reviewing/auditing project email DLs.
• To ensure project related documents are updated by project managers.
• Monitoring Email and MS teams channel for client escalations & ensuring corrective measures & actions are taking on them by respective resources.
• Improving operation/delivery related processes.
• Scheduling & coordinating organizational level meetings.
• Verifying, reviewing, and validating timesheets and ensuring review changes are incorporated.
• Regularly compile and communicate information related to critical activities, resources, and project timelines.
• Good in MS Excel.
