Duties & Responsibilities:
· Business Development for Abdos Labtech in the region of Central America, Caribbean and Latin America bringing in new customers (distributors and end customers) for the business from India dispatch.
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set out for the year.
· Achieve distributors sales budget. Ensure sufficient stocks available with them to serve end clients.
· Reach and visit end customers in various category, to spread the brand sales for Abdos Labtech and resolve any customer grievances and provide feedback to HQ in Abdos labtech, India.
· Provide constant market updates and competitor updates to the HQ of Abdos Labtech India, along with tentative forecasts and bring in new projects for growth.
· Successfully launch new products with product management team as and when these are launched by Abdos Labtech.
· Provide strategic direction to the team at Abdos Labtech on the operations and how to achieve business plan for the year.
· Provide strategic direction to the distributors on setting out and achieving the vision set for Abdos products.
· Responsible for analysis of sales trends, product movement, distribution reach and market coverage of Abdos labtech business in the covered region.
· Initiate and participate in all marketing activities required for the region which include road shows, participation in expos, digital marketing activities, and others.
· Conduct various sales promotions activities in the region.
· Collective systematic feedback in MIS format from customers on service & monitoring improvement to be made on the operations.
· Ensure adhered payment terms and collection from distributors.
· Fill in all the data, quotations, offers and reports on the company CRM system
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of sales experience in the laboratory consumables market/ in Life Science in Central and Latin America.
· Should be multilingual with fluency to speak, read and write in English and Spanish.
· Knowledge in Portuguese language will be additional benefit.
· Experience in Life Science and Scientific products sales and marketing.
· Extensive travel required to various locations across Central and Latin America.
· Provide Competitive data on pricing, USP and marketing of the market.
· Should have knowledge on market size and key scientific product distributors in Central and Latin America.
· High Analytical skills.
· Should have good Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

As Enterprise Sales Head – LatAm, you'll lead FlytBase's expansion into this diverse, multi-country market. This role isn't just about closing deals—it's about navigating cultural complexity, compliance-heavy procurement, and building trust across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking enterprises.
You'll run both inbound and outbound SaaS enterprise sales, close 7–8 figure ARR contracts, and build a partner-driven sales engine that scales across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and beyond.

The Role: Enterprise Sales Head – Latin America
Latin America is a region on the rise—booming industries, fast digital adoption, and enterprises ready to leapfrog legacy systems. As Enterprise Sales Head – LatAm, you'll lead FlytBase's expansion into this diverse, multi-country market. This role isn't just about closing deals—it's about navigating cultural complexity, compliance-heavy procurement, and building trust across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking enterprises.
You'll run both inbound and outbound SaaS enterprise sales, close 7–8 figure ARR contracts, and build a partner-driven sales engine that scales across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and beyond.
What You'll Own (Not Just Do)
- Drive inbound + outbound SaaS sales across Latin America.
- Represent FlytBase at regional trade shows — turning awareness into contracts.
- Run outbound account-based campaigns into energy, utilities, mining, and public safety enterprises.
- Build and scale FlytBase's channel partner network across LatAm, empowering integrators and resellers to drive adoption.
- Orchestrate 7–8 figure ARR SaaS enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Ops).
- Manage long SaaS sales cycles (6–12+ months) involving technical evaluations, security reviews, integration pilots, and government-driven procurement.
- Act as the voice of LatAm customers, shaping FlytBase's roadmap with regional insights.
- Evangelize autonomous site intelligence in markets that are shifting from manual processes to intelligent SaaS-driven systems.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS B2B sales.
- Must-have: Valid LatAm business visa/work permit.
- Must-have: Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (business-level).
- Proven record of closing SaaS enterprise sales in Latin America (7–8 figure ARR, inbound + outbound).
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder SaaS sales (C-suite, Legal, Compliance, Procurement).
- Experienced in channel + direct SaaS sales, managing both integrator-led and direct deals.
- Strong technical/security/product sales depth: SaaS integrations, enterprise security compliance, PoCs.
- AI-native mindset: you leverage AI for prospecting, forecasting, ROI storytelling, and deal orchestration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, or related).
