Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Lead Designer to drive visual storytelling across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong graphic design expertise with motion design capabilities and is excited to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.

As a Lead Designer, you will own end-to-end creative execution, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor a small team of designers while ensuring every creative asset reflects our brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, CRM, website, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels.
• Design high-impact visual assets including digital creatives, banners, landing pages, presentations, emailers, marketing collateral, and in-store branding.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for advertising campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, design workflows, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Content, Product, E-commerce, Retail, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling visual solutions aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Brand Design, or Creative Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, digital campaigns, and motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools).
• Strong experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar tools.
• Experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating with designers and creative stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.

Lead Design Engineer

As an RTL Design Lead , you will play a critical role in leading the RTL design and verification process for complex digital designs . You will manage a team of RTL engineers , collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of high-performance, low-power designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in RTL design , experience in digital design flow , and the ability to lead a team towards the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• RTL Architecture and Design: Lead the RTL design of complex digital systems, including microprocessors , ASICs , FPGA designs , and system-on-chip (SoC) components.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of RTL design engineers , providing technical guidance, training, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Design Specifications: Work closely with system architects and hardware engineers to define design specifications, ensuring the implementation meets performance, area, and power requirements.
• RTL Coding: Write and review high-quality RTL code in Verilog , SystemVerilog , or VHDL , focusing on scalability, reusability, and modularity.
• Design Validation: Lead the development of testbenches and collaborate with verification teams to ensure the design is thoroughly verified using simulation , formal verification , and coverage analysis .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in RTL design for complex digital systems , with at least 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Expertise in Verilog , SystemVerilog , or VHDL for RTL coding, with a strong understanding of digital design principles .
• Proven experience in designing and verifying large-scale SoC , ASIC , or FPGA designs .
• Strong understanding of digital design flow , including synthesis , place-and-route , timing analysis , and power optimization .
• Experience with simulation and verification methodologies , including UVM , SV-based testbenches , and coverage-driven verification .
• Proficient in using EDA tools such as Cadence , Synopsys , Mentor Graphics , or other RTL design and verification tools.
• Strong knowledge of timing analysis , static timing analysis (STA) , and power optimization techniques .
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with experience in addressing complex design issues.

This is a hands-on, on-site rol e for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, manage feedback, and ensure work is delivered with quality and responsibility.

Role Overview

The Lead Designer will be responsible for leading the creative execution of design and motion projects, managing day-to-day output, supporting team members, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. The role requires strong design sense, motion understanding, ownership, communication skills, and the ability to handle feedback professionally and convert it into better creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute motion graphic and graphic design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Guide junior and mid-level designers in daily creative tasks and output quality.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, timelines, quality checks, and final deliverables.
