Responsibilities :

• Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements/brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
• A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines.
• Work on different branding solutions: brand identity, engaging and effective social digital creatives that inspire and drive response.
• Skilled and experienced in Designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya, and Autodesk 3D Max, along with MS Office.
• Creation of online visual design, typography, infographics, visual concepts, logos, icons, video editing, and other interactive platforms.
• Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project.
• Execute top-quality design work as necessary in alignment with the agency’s standards and client expectations.
• Work with the creative team to ensure that various aspects of design work are met.

Requirements :

• UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
• Candidates with 4-6 years of work experience can apply. Prior experience in Digital agency / Social Media.
• Proven and demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Proficiency in software applications primarily in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, 3D MAX, and Autodesk Maya.
• Should have excellent presentation, layout skills, and an excellent design portfolio.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The Role

You are a hands-on design leader, someone who can drive product thinking and elevate craft, while also helping guide a small team locally. Youʼll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and AI to ship thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful executed features.

This is a player/coach role: youʼll be expected to design, prototype, and ship high-impact work yourself while also mentoring other designers and representing design within the Bangalore team.

What Youʼll Do

●Own and lead end-to-end product design work for core product areas

●Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI to define problems and explore solutions

●Push creative boundaries and bring critical thinking to every stage of the process

●Raise the quality bar through exceptional visual and interaction design

●Manage, support and mentor 2-3 other designers as we scale the team in Bangalore

●Contribute to and help evolve our design system and interaction patterns

●Help shape the overall product and design culture as an early team member

What Weʼre Looking For

●10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products

●Deep experience working on 0→1 products, ideally in early-stage B2B startups

●Exceptional individual contributor skills: strong in interaction design, visual design, and product/design thinking

●Ability to lead projects from scratch with minimal guidance

●Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and geographies

●Based in Bangalore and comfortable working in-person

●Bonus: experience designing AI-powered workflows or tools

You will be part of product engineering group, dynamic team of engineers/designers working dedicatedly for Pumps, cyclone and Valve order
handling using parametric design concept. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work with global counterparts giving better

Your responsibilities

• Develops models, assembly and drawings of Pumps, Cyclones and Valves.
• Work with Engineers and Project manager to develop manifold designs per Customer requirements.
• Prepare proposal design documentations.
• Works with ACAD and creates 3D models using CATIA.
• Prepares Bill of materials and Partslist.
• Should be conversant with MS office, CATIA and ACAD
• Applies knowledge and seek clarification in complex design.
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 4 to 7 years of Experience.
• Good Expertise in CATIA 3D modeling is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of Design and prepare manufacturing drawings and General arrangement drawings.
• Experience in the CAD Tools & Design tools. - CATIA, AutoCAD, PLM (Enovia, Teamcenter) and ANSYS.
• Should be conversant with MS office, CATIA and ACAD.
• Sound knowledge in procedures for inspection, installation, and assembly of equipment.
• Sound knowledge in Manufacturing process of casting and fabrication equipment.
• Strong knowledge of international design standards.
• Teamwork, Proactive approach, and excellent communication required for this position.
