Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns – planning, targeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the software/IT industry.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other lead generation tools.
- Experience in managing B2B lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
