**A Day in the Life**

You'll be part of Medtronic's global center of excellence for learning and leadership development, working at the intersection of innovation and people development. This role is ideal for a dynamic facilitator who brings confidence, curiosity, and compassion.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**
Program Delivery
+ Facilitate leadership development experiences virtually and in person, ranging from 2-hour sessions to multi-month immersive programs.
+ Deliver content consistently and effectively, while adapting style, pace, and tone to match the audience and session dynamics.
+ Ensure learner engagement by using advanced facilitation techniques including storytelling, Socratic questioning, coaching, and experiential learning.
+ Manage and guide group processes, including small group breakouts, large group debriefs, role plays, and peer coaching.
+ Surface and navigate participant resistance or sensitive topics with professionalism, cultural competence, and emotional intelligence.
+ Reinforce program objectives and ensure alignment to core leadership competencies and business outcomes.
+ Utilize virtual facilitation platforms and tools to produce and facilitate virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and engagement.
+ Flex facilitation style to align with diverse cultural norms and varying levels of seniority from supervisor to executive level.
Leadership Coaching
+ Deliver 1:1 and small group coaching engagements for employees and leaders at various levels aligned to program goals or individual development plans.
+ Leverage ICF-aligned coaching practices to build trust and psychological safety, deepen self-awareness, and facilitate breakthrough thinking and behavioral change.
+ Administer and debrief leadership assessments (e.g., 360s, personality or strengths-based tools) as part of development journeys.
+ Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and ethical standards in accordance within guidelines.
Learning Environment Management
+ Foster an inclusive, respectful, and psychologically safe learning environment for all participants.
+ Use adult learning principles and evidence-based techniques to maximize retention, reflection, and transfer of learning.
+ Monitor learner engagement and adjust facilitation strategies as needed in real time.
Preparation and Readiness
+ Conduct thorough session preparation including reviewing facilitator guides, participant pre-work, content updates, and technology setup.
+ Participate in train-the-trainer (TTT) and program rehearsal sessions as needed to ensure delivery excellence and consistency.
+ Coordinate with producers, co-facilitators, or program managers before, during, and after sessions to ensure seamless execution.
+ Support localization and translation efforts to ensure global content is accessible and culturally relevant.
Brand Stewardship
+ Represent the brand and voice of the organization's leadership philosophy, values, and learning culture in every session.
+ Serve as a role model of leadership behaviors and a culture ambassador during and outside of delivery.
Continuous Improvement
+ Provide feedback to the instructional design and program management teams on program flow, content effectiveness, and learner reactions.
+ Stay current on facilitation best practices and leadership development trends through professional learning and certifications.
+ Consult as needed on program design and build efforts
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
**Must Have:** Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of facilitation experience, including at least 5+ years focused on leadership development for mid-to-senior level leaders.
+ Proficient in English. Able to converse effectively in both spoken and written format
**Nice to Have**
Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
+ ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) in good standing.
+ Certification in assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Leadership Circle Profile).
+ Formal certification in facilitation methods (e.g., IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, ATD Master Trainer, DDI, Prosci, or equivalent).
Experience:
+ Facilitating programs for multinational companies, top consultancies, or learning institutes.
+ Facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments for diverse, global audiences.
+ 3+ years of professional coaching with successful engagements.
+ Familiarity with virtual facilitation platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Adobe Connect).
+ Experience facilitating content from leading leadership frameworks (e.g., Situational Leadership®, Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Crucial Conversations, Adaptive Leadership).
Skills:
+ Ability to flex facilitation style for various cultural norms and seniority levels.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
+ Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Other:
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader for our AWS Software Development practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable software solutions and driving the implementation of software projects on AWS. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS services and software development best practices.


In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing the company's Software

Development Services Practice. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions. The role is well-suited for a technically proficient individual looking to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership:

● Act as a visionary leader capable of steering, motivating, and driving exceptional performance

in software development engagements.

● Conduct proof-of-concept projects to explore strategic opportunities and future-oriented

software development capabilities, aiming to recommend scalable, flexible, and sustainable

solutions that offer a high return on investment.

● Make informed architectural decisions with the customer's needs and priorities at the forefront.

● Guide and mentor engineers, actively participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of

code quality.

● Collaborate closely with the sales/pre-sales/solution team to develop proposals and strategies

that align with and meet the company's performance objectives.

● Partner with the marketing team to create collateral and assist recruitment teams in identifying

and attracting the right talent to expand the practice.

● Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using AWS

services.

● Lead the development and management of software infrastructure, ensuring automation of

recurring tasks while maintaining software quality and integrity.


Architecture and Design:

● Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using AWS services.

● Ensure software architecture aligns with business requirements and best practices.

● Evaluate and select appropriate AWS services for software development, deployment, and

management.


Project Implementation:

● Oversee the implementation of software development projects from inception to completion.

● Engage in strategic discussions with customers and offer thought leadership to guide their

decisions.

● Ensure software quality, integrity, and security throughout the software development lifecycle.


Technical Innovation:

● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software development and AWS

technologies.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development practices and

processes.

● Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve software development efficiency and

effectiveness.


What is Required:


● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech). o 15+

years of technical hands-on experience in software development.

● At least 4 end-to-end implementations of large-scale software projects.

● Experience working on projects across multiple geographic regions.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Extensive experience with a variety of projects, including on-premises to AWS migration,

modernization, greenfield implementations, and cloud-to-cloud migrations.

● Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and API

Gateway.

● Strong understanding of AWS architecture and best practices for software development. Proficiency in managing AWS IAM roles, policies, and permissions.

● Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.

● Strong understanding of microservices architecture, serverless computing, and

containerization.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for monitoring, logging, and automation. Expertise in optimizing application performance and scalability.

● Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems.

● Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of cloud-native applications. Understanding of software lifecycle management and best practices for software development.

● Ability to implement and manage quality assurance frameworks and processes.

The purpose of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is to accelerate the professional growth of our future people leaders and technical experts. This program offers early career professionals the chance to gain experiences to enhance their professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organisation through four different six-month rotations. Upon graduation, LDP associates are promoted into a longer-term role that matches the associate's professional interests and allows the associate to solidify their learned skills from their time within the program. Although many associates will graduate into an individual contributor or technically focused role, others may choose to further enhance their people management skills by taking on a supervisor role. Regardless of which path one chooses, all associates will be set with a strong launchpad to a fulfilling career with Rockwell Automation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • During your three years, you will have ongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation. Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in multiple departments, including:Three, six-month rotations in the following required areas:Operations EngineeringPlan & MaterialsIndustrialization, Quality or Manufacturing EngineeringOne, six-month rotation in the following elective areas:Strategic SourcingLogisticsOne, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant management.

    About the Organization

    The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) is a global research centre working to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is informed by scientific evidence. Anchored by a network of 194 affiliated professors at universities around the world, J-PAL conducts randomized impact evaluations to answer critical questions in the fight against poverty. J-PAL South Asia, based at the Institute for Financial Management and Research in India, leads J-PAL’s work in the South Asia region. J-PAL South Asia conducts randomized evaluations, builds partnerships for evidence-informed policymaking, and helps partners scale up effective programs. Over more than ten years of existence, J-PAL South Asia has conducted 193 ongoing and completed randomized evaluations.

    About the Position

    J-PAL South Asia at the Institute for Financial Management and Research seeks qualifiedapplicants for the position of Research Associate to lead impact evaluations in India. The position offers an opportunity to gain first-hand field management experience in an organization undertaking cutting-edge development research. The Research Associate will join a team of world-class researchers from leading universities in the world and will gain first-hand experience implementing randomized control trials in an organization undertaking cutting-edge development research.     Project Specific Details: This project aims to study the effectiveness of the School Leadership Development Program in building leadership competencies amongst school leaders and improving student learning outcomes in primary and secondary schools. These schools are located in Bidar and Raichur districts of Karnataka. For this evaluation, the researchers will collaborate with Mantra4Change, who will implement the project in the field. The Principal Investigators on this project are Todd Pugatch (University of Buffalo), Ketki Sheth (University of Tennessee), and Emmanuel Rukundo (RWI Leibniz Institute for Economic Research).

    Key Responsibilities

    Research Associates work closely with academic researchers and field staff to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Designing and developing survey questionnaires, running pilot exercises, refining study design and survey instruments
  • Supporting and informing qualitative research
  • Managing field teams across multiple districts: recruiting, training, and supervising both field-based and data operations teams consisting of project assistants, field managers, field-based surveyors, data entry operators, and other field and office staff
  • Supervising data collection and data entry, and ensuring data quality and productivity
  • Overseeing the entire data collection process, and ensuring compliance with J-PAL’s standards for data quality
  • Writing high-quality documents, including training manuals, process reports and reports of results from different rounds of data collection
  • Assisting with data cleaning, preliminary data analysis, and preparation of documents and presentations for dissemination
  • Ensuring the project follows the agreed timeline and meets key milestones with the support of the Research Manager
  • Assisting with applications to local and international institutional review boards with the support of the Research Manager
  • Ensuring the implementation of the evaluation in accordance to the research design in association with the partner organization
  • Maintaining relationships with partner organisation at both headquarters and field levels
  • Reporting to the Research Manager and PIs on all of the activities mentioned above
  • Maintaining compliance with all J-PAL protocols and policies
  • Addressing any other task assigned by the Research Manager, AD Research or ED
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in economics, social sciences, public policy, education or related fields
  • Experience living and working in a developing country is a strong plus
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Kannada is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Stata and SurveyCTO (strongly preferred) or other data analysis/collection software; strong quantitative skills
  • Familiarity with randomized controlled trials/clinical trials/quasi-experiments or primary data collection preferred
  • Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, team player
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-level relationships with partner organizations
  • Good team management skills
  • Ability to deal with unstructured and changing environments
  • Ability to work independently
