Key Responsibilities – What you will be doing:

  • Evaluate Training needs and participate in the delivery of training materials for the company including Manufacturing, Quality, and Support groups ensuring compliance with the training policy and all training procedures.
  • Administer the LMS and coordinate training activities, including scheduling sessions, updating training records, generating reports, etc.
  • Maintain a compliant training record keeping ( data entry and hard-copy files) system.
  • Assist in developing curricula of on-the-job training requirements including appropriate documentation, qualifying trainers, and assuring approved training content and working with area supervision, manages assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare training completion metrics for dissemination at Quality Review Board meetings.
  • Work with area managers to determine training frequency/ re-training intervals based on roles and responsibilities. 
  • Assist in developing training assessment tools, such as tests and competency evaluation worksheets.
  • Review quality records to ensure conformance to approved procedures and cGMP.
  • Maintain an annual scheduled training calendar, ensuring on-time delivery of annual GMP training and other GxP trainings.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Corporate Documentation & Training group and site, working towards harmonization of the site training and site procedures with corporate expectations.
  • Assist in monitoring documentation due for annual periodic review.
  • Any other task assign by reporting manager. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Education : B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chem) / B.Pharma / M.Pharma

  • Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technical Training. We are ideally looking for candidates coming from API / Pharma Industry.

+ Coordinate with producers, co-facilitators, or program managers before, during, and after sessions to ensure seamless execution.
+ Support localization and translation efforts to ensure global content is accessible and culturally relevant.
Brand Stewardship
+ Represent the brand and voice of the organization's leadership philosophy, values, and learning culture in every session.
+ Serve as a role model of leadership behaviors and a culture ambassador during and outside of delivery.
Continuous Improvement
+ Provide feedback to the instructional design and program management teams on program flow, content effectiveness, and learner reactions.
+ Stay current on facilitation best practices and leadership development trends through professional learning and certifications.
+ Consult as needed on program design and build efforts
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
**Must Have:** Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of facilitation experience, including at least 5+ years focused on leadership development for mid-to-senior level leaders.
+ Proficient in English. Able to converse effectively in both spoken and written format
**Nice to Have**
Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
+ ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) in good standing.
+ Certification in assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder, Leadership Circle Profile).
+ Formal certification in facilitation methods (e.g., IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, ATD Master Trainer, DDI, Prosci, or equivalent).
Experience:
+ Facilitating programs for multinational companies, top consultancies, or learning institutes.
+ Facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments for diverse, global audiences.
+ 3+ years of professional coaching with successful engagements.
+ Familiarity with virtual facilitation platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Adobe Connect).
+ Experience facilitating content from leading leadership frameworks (e.g., Situational Leadership®, Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, Crucial Conversations, Adaptive Leadership).
Skills:
+ Ability to flex facilitation style for various cultural norms and seniority levels.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
+ Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Other:
+ Willingness to travel up to 50%
