**About this role**
The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year, early career rotational program designed to expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide.
The FLP builds upon formal education while providing an excellent opportunity to create a strong network and join a culture that values ethics, the environment, and financial performance. FLP associates develop analytical and communication skills while acquiring a greater appreciation for teamwork and leadership. The program includes collaboration with FLP’s around the globe, as well as Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas, to develop skills and tools required for a successful career at Carrier.
**Key Responsibilities**
Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Controllers & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations / Factory Finance, among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may require relocation throughout the program. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.
The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience which may include trainings, events, and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and executives. In addition to training provided within the program, associates are eligible to utilize the Employee Scholar Program and other exclusive Carrier benefits.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Display strong academic performance
- Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations
- Must be eligible to work in India without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel 10%
- To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate of the degree in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program July 2025
