Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple technology products and projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in aligning engineering execution with business objectives and delivering value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Delivery & Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality.
- Define delivery plans, milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
Team Coordination
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
- Define and track team performance metrics.
Process Improvement
- Utilize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
- Promote and implement best practices in software development and product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership or delivery management roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI-related tools.
