  • Implement Lean tools and techniques such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress.
  • Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized work procedures.
  • Conduct process audits and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to strategic operational planning.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Lean manufacturing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tracking.
  • Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
