**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology or engineering.

    4. Vendor Management & Coordination

    • Handle end-to-end vendor management processes:
    • Vendor Registration Forms

    • Vendor Reviews & Performance Ratings (based on project count, responsiveness, delivery timelines, and overall performance)
    • Maintain updated records on Master Tracker for all vendor activities and compliance status.
    • Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for vendor queries and facilitate smooth Vendor-Schbang relationships.
    • Ensure all vendor onboarding, documentation, and legal contracts are complete and compliant.
    • Liaise with internal teams and legal department for vendor-related requirements.


    5. Piracy Monitoring & Licensing Compliance

    • 2-4 years of experience in vendor management, compliance coordination, production documentation, or IP management , preferably in advertising, media, or production agencies.

    Role Overview

    The Production Integrity & Vendor Management Associate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies across departments. The role will enforce compliance processes, manage vendor coordination, oversee licensing and intellectual property (IP) management, and ensure robust documentation procedures. You will act as a central point of contact for compliance and regulatory adherence within Schbang.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Compliance Enforcement

    • Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations as directed by senior management.
    • Implement and maintain compliance procedures across departments in coordination with VPs, Managers, and Leads.
    • Prepare and update worksheets, trackers, and reports to monitor compliance.
    • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.


    2. Production & Documentation Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Schbang internal teams and vendors for production of movies, films, and videos.
    • Share standard checklists with teams initiating production requests.
    • Maintain a Master Tracker to record all production documentation including link documents, NOCs, invoices, and legal paperwork.
    • Ensure documentation is saved and updated on secure Google Drive folders.


    3. Intellectual Property (IP) Management

    • Maintain a centralized, access-controlled repository for all IP assets produced since FY 2019-2020 including scripts, storyboards, raw footage, digital assets, vendor agreements, and copyright registrations.
    • Create and maintain Excel trackers for IP asset management with strict access protocols and approvals from senior management.


    4. Vendor Management & Coordination

    • Handle end-to-end vendor management processes:
    • Vendor Registration Forms
    • Vendor Agreements
    • Vendor Reviews & Performance Ratings (based on project count, responsiveness, delivery timelines, and overall performance)
    • Maintain updated records on Master Tracker for all vendor activities and compliance status.
    • Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for vendor queries and facilitate smooth Vendor-Schbang relationships.
    • Ensure all vendor onboarding, documentation, and legal contracts are complete and compliant.
    • Liaise with internal teams and legal department for vendor-related requirements.


    5. Piracy Monitoring & Licensing Compliance

    • Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement anti-piracy measures including digital watermarks, trackers, and automated crawlers for Schbang’s creative assets.
