+ Create, plan, drive and follow-up of the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to a sustainable closure.
+ Facilitate TEOA Kaizen events throughout the site.
+ Analyze inventory turnover, WIP levels, and material availability issues & through collaboration with supply chain team Implement Lean inventory systems: Kanban, Supermarket Pull, Two-bin, and JIT.
+ Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing, and lean production.
+ Train team members, management, and staff in all TEOA Foundations, TEOA and Center Of Excellence tools.
+ Support and follow the Digital Factory Tools implementation and usage.
**Education and Knowledge**
+ BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive Engineering)
+ Previous Experience & Deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt trained with Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills as well as good business acumen is essential. Able to convey complex ideas clearly and influence.
+ Adaptable, flexible and responsive in a rapidly-changing, process-improvement synergy-focused environment
+ Excellent coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management
+ Knowledge in wiring harness, plastic injection molding, metal stamping processes will be an added advantage
+ Proficiency in layout planning tools (AutoCAD etc.) is a plus
**Critical Experience**
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of hands on experience in Automotive industry
+ Deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies
+ Atleast Green Belt Six Sigma trained with Strong analytical & Problem Solving Skill
