Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Lease Administration & Global Facilities Management (GFM)
The jobholder will report to the Account Operations Leader and will be responsible for a range of tasks mentioned below.
Responsibilities
Supervising the team of Lease administrators ensuring the SLAs are met
Serves as the main point of contact advising on actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team for projects and department process management
Consults with stakeholders and vendor partners regarding facilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, or relevant energy projects
Supports project rollouts by evaluating and making recommendations related to Facilities, including organization of materials and training to support the rollout
Completes monthly actionable reports to drive departmental direction
Ensure that team follows all the required guidelines to process each request
Preparing and finalizing monthly dashboards with the client
Work allocation and completing review of the processing by the team
Review SOP & get client approval for the same
Review critical information from Lease Document (both from landlord & tenant perspective)
Evaluating rental reports and ensure the Tenant is correctly charged
Review the rent & other charges & report based on the lease document
Reviewing & reporting Lease related Data
Ensuring accuracy of Documents and request changes if required
Should be able to deal with clients on Phone for any query or information
Collects & Maintain Monthly sales records
Data management and Global Facilities Management (GFM) reporting with regards to facilities operations e.g. asset management reports, space utilizations, energy & water consumptions, project reporting, real estate management (REM) reporting etc.
Analytics support on project reviews, cost optimization, renovations, payments, vendor/contractor analysis etc.
Reporting and identifying opportunities of improvement on ESG related aspects for real estate assets

Minimum Qualifications
B.Com/Masterswith some years of experience in Lease Administration & Global Facilities Management
Strong working knowledge of lease administration and GFM tools and reporting structures
Good communication and very good analytical skills
Good Knowledge of MS Office
Team leading experience
Very good spoken English

5. Asset Management skills (property and buildings), including the acquisition and disposition of assets and lease administration
6. Experience of team building and team management
7. Ability to proactively monitor and control various vendor relationships and external resources (including contract negotiation and vendor management skills)
8. Knowledge of financial analysis techniques including discounted cash flow and capital budgeting
Understanding of real estate trends, best practices and the vendor marketplace
The ideal candidate will have a strong real estate transaction background, with significant experience in a similar role at management level. The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, any additional regional language would be an advantage.
