Lead Conveyancing is seeking a full time Legal Secretary in Sydney/Melbourne to support the Director and senior leadership, facilitates smooth team coordination, and ensures the efficient flow of tasks and communications across the conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support to the firm’s Principal Solicitor and lawyers in conveyancing transactions
- Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and lodging legal documentation and property contracts under solicitor direction
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties to obtain and provide necessary information
- Managing correspondence including emails, letters, and file notes
- Preparing and maintaining client files, both physical and digital
