We’re looking for a lawyer whose primary focus and expertise is in commercial technology contracts . You’ll work on drafting, redlining, and finalizing contracts with clear guidance from senior counsel, with the expectation that you’ll operate independently over time.
Here's what you will get to explore:
- Core contracting: Draft and review technology/commercial agreements (NDAs, SaaS subscriptions, MSAs/SOWs, software licenses, partner/reseller, and vendor/procurement contracts); assist in negotiations and escalate nonstandard terms.
- Contract negotiation support: Prepare contract markups, issues lists, and concise negotiation summaries; join and, where appropriate, lead external customer/vendor contract calls with clear positions; capture decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Contract management tools: Manage contracts in a contract management system from request to signature: log requests, route approvals, track versions, capture key terms, track obligations, and maintain reports.
- Research & writing: Targeted research on legal and contract questions and crisp guidance notes for business teams.
- Business partnering: Provide practical, timely support to Sales, Procurement, Product, and Finance; coordinate with external counsel as needed.
