What will you do
As an L2 Linux Administrator at NPST, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving system and production-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations across our core fintech platforms such as MBS, IMPS, and UPI Switch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support client-facing applications, and provide critical technical expertise to ensure stability, security, and performance of the underlying Linux infrastructure.
Job responsibilities:
· Respond to and resolve technical issues escalated by L1 resources and internal and external teams.
· Manage production issues reported by banks, merchants, and partner entities.
· Perform log analysis, identify bugs, and escalate unresolved issues to the offshore team.
