About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Linux & Network Support Engineer to join our on-site team with one of India’s leading ISPs. In this role, you will work at the intersection of network infrastructure and real-time network analytics software. Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Trisul Network Analytics software on-site.
• Work with ISP engineering teams on network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Configure and manage switches, routers, SAN/storage systems, and Linux servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration and network support
• Strong understanding of Red Hat / CentOS / RHEL or similar Linux distributions.
• Practical knowledge of IP routing, VLANs, subnetting, and Layer-2/Layer-3 networking.
• Experience with common network support tools and remote access platforms.
• Basic knowledge of storage systems, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and network cabling.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
