- Independently handle civil litigation before the High Court, Subordinate Courts, Family Courts, Labour Courts, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Assist Senior Counsel in case preparation, briefing, and legal strategy.

- Manage dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation, and conciliation .
- Legal Documentation & Drafting
- Draft, vet, and review Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MOUs, and Corporate Contracts .
- Prepare legal notices, deeds, letters, and opinions on property matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including RERA, FEMA, and the Companies Act .
