We are looking to hire an individual with rich home loan experience in DSA companies .

Key Responsibilities -

• Responsible for Bank tie-ups with regards to Home Loans for various projects.
• Liasioning with various teams for Project approval with different banks/financial institutions.
• Finalizing multiple Home Loan schemes & payment schedules with Banks/financial institutions from time to time for various Projects.
• Also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.
• Responsible for the loan disbursement process.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:-

Graduate with minimum 1+ Year of experience from banking, financial services.

Exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.

Excel & MS Office knowledge would be mandatory.

Shall be open to field work as well.

• Sales & Marketing of LAP Products in the High Ticket segment (₹50 Lacs to ₹0 Cr) in Chennai and surrounding markets.
• Sourcing business through Channel Partners (DSAs):
  
• Build and manage a strong DSA network to generate consistent LAP business.
• Regular engagement and training of DSAs to ensure high productivity and adherence to policy.
• End-to-End Loan Process Management:
  
• Handle the lending process across all stages — inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction checks, sanction, documentation, disbursement, and post-sanction servicing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth and quick loan processing.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Interact with HNI clients and business owners to understand their funding needs and offer suitable LAP solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Market Development:
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through local market intelligence and competitor tracking.
• Execute strategic initiatives to increase the LAP market share in the assigned region.
• Collection Support & Service Delivery:

Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
  
• 10–15 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP sales, with at least 5+ years specifically in High Ticket LAP (₹50 s to Cr) .
• Mandatory experience in DSA sourcing and management .
• Industry Preference:
  
• Candidates from NBFCs/Banks with a strong background in secured lending (LAP/Mortgage).
• Skills & Attributes:
  
• Strong DSA network in Chennai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of LAP products, credit evaluation, and risk.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to assist one of our clients in fund accounting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly fund financial statements prepared by other members of the department and third-party administrators.
• Assist with the audit of fund financial statements.
• Assist in reconciliation of financial documents.
• Maintain and review cash positions entries for various private equity funds.
• Independently assess and resolve client questions and requests.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of client deliverables and oversight of administrators.
• Manage aspects of departments core functions.
• Present departments goals and initiatives to internal personnel and existing or prospective clients.

Skills Required:

• An undergraduate degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.) in accounting or related field is preferred.
• One to three years of working experience in an accounting/financial industry setting is required.
• Knowledge of the private equity fund services industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
