**In this role, you will:**
+ Support Loan Servicing functional area or processes
+ Identify opportunities to improve various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions
+ Review, research, analyze, calculate, and submit mortgage claims that are moderately complex in nature
+ Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
+ Review, research, process, and respond to written and phone inquiries of moderate to high complexity from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal personnel pertaining to loans and various areas within Loan Servicing
+ Receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors
+ Escalate non-routine questions to experienced individuals
+ Use relevant information and independent judgment to review and file claims while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
+ Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, mid-level management, staff, and cross business units, as well as internal or external customers
+ Provide guidance to less experienced peers
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years' experience in Loans, Lending, Mortgages, Payoffs or Loan IQ.
+ Candidates with Loan IQ experience will be highly preferred.
+ Acceptance to work in 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM shift.
**Job Expectations:**
+ 1+ year of Loan IQ experience.
+ 1+ year of Payoff experience.

Specialism – Loans
As part of our Loans team, you will be working with our client partners to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale. Your role will be Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals. He/She should be good with numbers and ability to derive information from data with excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving. He/She should have strong capabilities in PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel and should be able to build domain expertise and lead from the front with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of the team.
Loans- Senior Analyst- Responsibilities
Support business analysis and drive end-to-end delivery in the areas of process transformation, data and change management.
Act as a single point of contact for all program related queries and escalations.
Prepare and drive the monthly business reviews meetings with the client.
Administration of various governance pillars which would include client engagement, knowledge management, resource management & BCP and Control & compliance.
Ensure timely execution of all project deliverables as per the agreed quantity and quality SLAs
Responsible for lead hiring, training, Onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, attrition management.
Liaising with shared services to facilitate timely completion of business deliverables, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications-
Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
2 to 4 years of experience in Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.
Should have basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
High levels of energy enthusiasm, commitment and productivity, Proactive, effective influencer, result oriented.
Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
Time management and ability to resolve for issues speedily.
Above average in planning, organizing and time management.
Preferred Qualifications-
Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutes
Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands

- Acceptance to work in 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM shift.
- 1+ year of Loan IQ experience.
- 1+ year of Payoff experience.
