Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing (Offshore)Location: Bangalore (Remote)FulltimeOnly considering candidates from US Staffing with sales experience focused on new client acquisition (Hunter).About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our expansion in the US staffing market. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy, forging new relationships and generating business opportunities across diverse industries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of US-based clients.If you're passionate about sales, deeply familiar with the US staffing landscape, and have a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships—this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Sales StrategyIdentify, target, and acquire new clients within the US staffing and recruitment space.Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.Leverage networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and participation in industry events.Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value.Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.Revenue Growth & Target AchievementSet and achieve ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable revenue and client retention.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior leadership.Proposal Development & Contract NegotiationCreate compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations.Negotiate contract terms and close deals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.Collaboration with Delivery TeamsPartner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.Market IntelligenceStay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.Reporting & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–7+ years of proven success in B2 B sales or business development within the US staffing industry.Deep understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, labor laws, and client expectations.Existing network of direct clients or prospects in IT, Engineering, life sciences, or similar verticals (preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.Self-starter attitude with a high level of accountability and a focus on results.Why Join Us?Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions.Flexible work arrangements (including remote work options).High-growth environment with clear career progression.Collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation and initiative.Opportunity to work with a high-performing team and make a tangible impact in the US market.
