Your Opportunity 

As a Product Manager for New Relic Log Management, you will define product capabilities that help organizations make their digital systems more reliable and secure in order to better serve their customers. What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy for various aspects of the rapidly growing New Relic Log Management solution and collaborate with UX and engineering to build a high quality product. Develop near-term and long-term product roadmaps, drive the alignment of key releases to deliver on the roadmap, adjust the roadmap as needed based on key results, customer demand, and changes in execution resources.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand the challenges they face with sending, storing, managing, and analyzing Log data as part of their overall observability and security strategy. Work cross functionally with teams to provide business context, support, and success criteria that will delight our customers.
  • Research trends in the Log Management market and competitive dynamics to identify business growth opportunities, and drive innovation and thought leadership.

    Must-have:

    Who should apply:

    • Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and/or Azure security.
    • Excellent work ethics and passion to make and break stuff.

    Your job will involve:

    • Solve security issues and challenges for an enterprise environment.
    • Running and maintaining Windows Active Directory and Azure Labs.
    • Resolve lab related issues and maintain the availability.
    • Solve student problems related to lab challenges.
    • Monitor certification exams.

    Certifications:

    - CRTP is a plus.

    Evaluation: Evaluation includes interviews.
