Job Overview: This role requires the individual to manage support programs of WMS and TMS tools, ensuring the SLAs are adhered. The functional areas will be warehousing and transportation within Supply chain.

He/she is responsible for addressing queries/issues raised by client, classify the issues based on priority and functional area, maintain tracker & dashboard for the issues and ensure SLAs are adhered. Job Summary

Detail-oriented Inventory Manager with a strong background in medical devices . The role involves overseeing stock control, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory of medical devices across warehouses and client sites.
• Ensure accurate stock records using inventory and ERP systems.
