The functional areas will be warehousing and transportation within Supply chain.
He/she is responsible for addressing queries/issues raised by client, classify the issues based on priority and functional area, maintain tracker & dashboard for the issues and ensure SLAs are adhered. He/she should have strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Must have:

· Shift working mandatory. Candidate should be open to work in evening/night shifts as well on rotational basis.

Educational Qualifications:
· B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
