An experienced tech lead (LSA with LSA experience) who can think through requirements, guide overall design with phases, coach less experienced developers, resolve technical blockers, take accountability for overall design and implementation quality, adapt to evolving requirements, ensure sustainability.

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategies, with a strong emphasis on technology integration.
• Oversee all aspects of international logistics, including freight forwarding, customs, warehousing, and distribution.
• Implement and manage advanced supply chain technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, IoT, AI, Blockchain) to drive efficiency and visibility.
• Lead the optimization of inventory management and demand forecasting processes.
• Manage and develop relationships with key logistics providers and technology partners worldwide.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvements across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and supply chain security standards.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain and logistics management.
• Proven experience in leading the implementation of advanced logistics technologies.
• Strong understanding of international trade, customs, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing complex global supply chain networks.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and analytics tools.
