This role is critical in supporting end-to-end process improvements across procurement, inventory, quality and logistics operations using SAP WM and LE systems.

Required skills include hands-on experience with SAP WM and Logistics Execution (LE) and broader supply chain areas, as well as expertise in warehouse management, materials management, quality management and route determination.

• Billing Coordination- Act as the bridge between Sales and Internal Teams to ensure swift billing once sales are initiated.
• Dispatch & Delivery Oversight: Monitor and manage timely dispatches and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and internal SLAs are met.
• Shipment & Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory records, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Vendor & Cargo Coordination: Liaise with cargo companies, transporters, and customers to streamline logistics and resolve delivery issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain dispatch logs, shipment records, and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/ B.Tech/ MBA/ Diploma
• 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Experience in dispatch planning, inventory control, or billing coordination preferred
• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
