What You’ll Do:
Support daily logistics & warehouse operations for skincare and haircare products
Coordinate with couriers, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely dispatches & deliveries
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with speed and professionalism
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports
Assist in implementing logistics SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Work closely with the sales & operations team for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor return & replacement processes for quality control
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (beauty/FMCG preferred)
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu
