Summary: VES is looking for a Supervisor Production- Machine Shop  to join our team in our Faridabad India location.

This person will coordinate the Daily /Weekly /Monthly activities in Machine Shop section along with his team including Shift Leads & Operators to achieve established targets of Safety, Quality, Production volume, Cost Delivery & Morale.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and health checks on machine shop equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment reliability
• Lead installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, maintenance tasks and equipment inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors for parts procurement and service support
• Mentor junior staff and build technical capabilities within the team

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with machine shop equipment: CNC, VMC, VTL, Plano Miller etc.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and engineering blueprints
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge
• Skilled in using diagnostic and maintenance tools
• Excellent troubleshooting ability and communication skills
• Preference for candidates based in or near Bhilai
