Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and routine maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and utilities.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and utility faults and perform repairs or escalate to service vendors.
Monitor the functionality of key utility systems including AHU, RO Systems, Compressors, HVAC Units, Generators, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance logs, fault diagnostics, parts replacements, and service history.
Ensure machinery breakdown slips are tracked and documented accurately for future reference.
Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and critical spare parts for uninterrupted maintenance operations.

Essential Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
ITI Trades Accepted: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment used in industrial plants.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Proficient in diagnosing issues in compressors, RO plants, generators, HVAC, and other machinery.
