You'll **play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of telecom systems during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance contracts**. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technicians**) and external stakeholders (**customers, subcontractors, and suppliers**) to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of **preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, but also **troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site**.

Following pre-defined maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety policies
Preparing failure and intervention reports
Collaborating with the customer O&M team to address anomalies during the DLP period
Supervising and inspecting telecom system maintenance activities
Testing and inspecting systems to ensure peak performance
Supporting contract KPIs and coordinating technical meetings with clients
