  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with and manage external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives.
  • Assist in budget preparation for maintenance operations.
  • Operate and maintain various maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems repair, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess basic tools for trade.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working in various environments.
