Experience & Qualification Knowledge:
- Graduate Engineering (Mechanical) with 8-10 years of experience in maintenance department, preferably from gear industry.
- Organized person to ensure the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Strong technical competency.

Job Purpose: Execute all activities relating to mechanical Preventive Maintenance to achieve Company objectives at the lowest possible cost and at the quality expectations established by company while maintaining a healthy, safe and clean work environment.
Roles & Responsibility
- Coordinate and perform routine & preventive maintenance activities on existing systems and equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting problems on machinery, HVAC, ETP, Generator, Compressor, RO plant, DM/Softener plant and refrigeration.
- Equipment Scheduling for ensuring proper testing, calibration & preventive maintenance.
- Spares Part Management.
- Ensure all the repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
- Improve up-time of equipment & reliability.
- Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR & % of breakdown.
- Handling of plant shutdown, major repair & PM task (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- Knowledge of POKA YOKE implementation & low-cost automation.
- Ability to lead cost saving initiatives in energy & maintenance spare parts.
- Analysis of plant breakdowns & addressing root causes.
- He shall possess an understanding of abnormality handling.
- Knowledge of TPM would be an added advantage.

What role you will play in our team
Provide leadership and guidance in Maintenance Management & Materials Management as a Maintenance Engineer (Computerized Maintenance Management System) from Technology Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka
What you will do
- Provides leadership, guidance and directional support in Maintenance Management & Materials Management from Technology Center
- Responsible for mentoring junior engineers & overseeing work being delivered by service providers around Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in Maintenance & Spares Management.
- Effectively communicate across various levels of work force within and outside the company, i.e., contractor, working level teams and leadership
- Develop new processes & bring continuous improvement in Maintenance Management & Materials Management through KPI monitoring and utilizing experience
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) from a recognized university with CGPA 7.0 or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Production/Operations or similar industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the field of Maintenance (Routine, Shutdown, Condition Based, etc.) & understanding of Reliability concepts (Equipment Maintenance Strategy, RCM, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Field Maintenance, CMMS (SAP) Maintenance and/or Materials Management
- Proficient in Asset Master Data Management and Governance
- Understanding of Asset Hierarchy, Asset Register, Functional Location, and Spare Parts Management
- Proficient in SAP Maintenance Management practices such as development of Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item & Task List and manage planning and scheduling
- Facilitate the implementation of SAP PM & MM
- Facilitate workshop to collate business requirement and propose business process and/or system enhancement
- Thorough technical knowledge of various Oil & Gas industry equipment and services
- Able to understand engineering drawings and spares management philosophy
- Ability to understand and coordinate cross discipline work
- The role will be based in Bangalore and may require extended periods of international business travel
- Ability to work in shifts as required
- Should be willing and able to take extended international business trips as may be needed to any of the company sites
- Should be comfortable in relocating to Bengaluru and working in morning (9 to 18 hours) or evening (13:30 to 22:30 hours) shift time.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

- Knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA preferred
- Basic Knowledge/experience in data analytic tools (PowerBI , Tableau, JMP, etc.) is advantage

What you will do
- Provides leadership, guidance, and directional support in Asset Information Management from Technology Center
- Oversee delivery of IM services to Assets and Business units though deployment and performance monitoring of standardized, scalable document and data management processes and tools including documentation control and engineering drawing updates.

**The Role**
+ Asset Tracking and Management: Maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and related documentation, throughout their lifecycle (procurement to retirement)
+ Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and regulatory requirements.
+ Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
+ Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on asset inventory, utilization, and costs to support decision-making and strategic planning.
+ Risk mitigation: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT assets, such as security vulnerabilities and compliance issues
+ Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices
+ Experience with IT asset management tools and technologies
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Knowledge of ITIL processes is often preferred
+ Familiarity with software licensing and contract management
+ Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
+ Experience Flexera , ITSM, Excel, SQL, UNIX
+ Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices
+ Should have 5+ years of relevant experience
