**_Job Summary_**
We are seeking an experienced technology specialist who can lead day-to-day activities in support operations across multiple processes focused on Warehouse Technology solutions -Manhattan Integration Framework and Manhattan Active WM, Mobile Applications. In this role, you need to manage run & operations capabilities for IT landscape supporting at-Home business unit while also focusing on continuous improvement, improving business outcome, and delivering world-class solutions.
The primary focus for this role is to maintain IT applications focused on supply chain and warehouse management in at-Home solutions. You will play a hands-on role, focused on solution analysis, problem solving, incident management, continuous improvement, quality control, configuration, and work on cross-functional teams for business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience working in application build and maintenance projects focused on warehouse management (Manhattan) enterprise capability. This role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in Manhattan WMS to ensure seamless integration across a diverse application landscape.
**_Responsibilities_**
Team Collaboration:
+ Foster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoption
+ Provide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutions
+ Monitor service management progress, and ensure alignment with quality standards
Functional Expertise:
+ Strong to very strong understanding of warehouse management business process and platforms and applications
+ Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
+ Knowledge of industry best practices in medical devices manufacturing, sales, and distribution
+ Excellent technology knowledge in Manhattan warehouse management enterprise applications
+ Experience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testing

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

+ Minimum **8 years of IT** and **5 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan enterprise** applications
+ **3 - 5 years** of experience of successful production support, testing, deployment, and validation in a corporate environment.

**Your role and responsibilities**
* As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journey
* Your primary responsibilities include:
* Lead the project team to deliver solutions to the client
* Apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management to ensure project success.
* Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with both the application team and the client
* Provide day-to-day direction to the application team, ensuring efficient task execution and prioritization.
* Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, addressing any requests for support or issues that arise
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Relevant experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management version 7.6 or higher , MAS is good to have.
* Expertise on Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Object Structures, Rules configurations.
* Experience of Integration setup with External system, Data Extrations and Data Loading, Data Integrity validations, error resolutions.
* Proficient with data Data Mapping and Transformations based on business needs and Experience in Data Flow design, Functional & Technical Documentations.
* Ability to Design, Build, Configure & Customize applications to meet business process and application requirements
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience in handling DevOps team and incident management
* Proactively managing stakeholders and communicating effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors
* Applying Agile principles and practices like Scrum or Kanban and Facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
