AccountabilitiesFHS TSP HO Engineering & Maintenance Operations Control is responsible for oversight, delivery and performance (contractual service level commitments) for TSP Engineering & Maintenance Operations Control services solutions provided to AIC
FHS -TSP HO Engineering monitors On Time Performance (or other contractual FHS -TSP performance indicators) and takes necessary actions to correct issues.
He/she is responsible for on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery of Engineering services, including quality of data in IT Tools (including but not limited to MIS)
FHS TSP HO Engineering & Maintenance Operations Control is responsible - with a team of aeronautical experts in Engineering & Maintenance Operations Control for Engineering Fleet Technical Management activities for AIC and is accountable to protect its fleet schedule

Failure root cause analysis HVAC & Mechanical systems.
Preparation of reports
Controlling day to day activities
Preparation of shift scheduled, preventive Maintenance scheduled etc.
Testing/trouble shooting of the above maintained equipment
Should be capable of handling shutdowns of mechanical systems without affecting the services
Providing remote during Internal & External Audits
Experience Data Centre Operations Management
Experience in HVAC Engineering
Other Requirements
Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules.

Proven understanding of mission critical systems and NBC, IS, HSE, OSHA, ASHRAE, TIA- 942 Regulations/Guidelines that pertain to Hyperscale Data Center
Skilled in reading construction drawings for all fields (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
