**Responsibilities**
**The Position:**
The Supervisor, Line Maintenance will be engaged through an Employer of Record and will provide services to Panasonic Avionics.
The role holder will supervise daily line station operations in the process of providing inspection and repair services on aircraft. Responsible for dispatching all overnight aircraft with guaranteed 100 percent seat functionality at departure. Since seat guarantees are an integral part of Panasonic Avionics Maintenance Services, the staffing and scheduling of site personnel and their functions are paramount to the success of the company.
**Maintenance Operations**
+ Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns pursuant to the customer's flight schedule.
+ Direct Inventory Control and local logistics of customer and Panasonic Avionics-owned capital assets.
+ Schedule preventive maintenance activities of systems installed on customer aircraft during over night holds; Office management of local site specific responsibilities which includes local port Authority personnel identification administration, Customs clearance and security seals, overtime, vehicle maintenance, office administration and cleanliness.
+ External contacts include routine daily customer contacts at the Line Maintenance levels, local airport authorities including Customs, Air Freight forwarders and brokers for local logistics.
+ Internal contacts include MMS Personnel, MMS Administration Staff, H.R. and other Panasonic Avionics departments as required to execute the MMS agreements specific to the site.
+ May also perform onboard maintenance activities and fill-in for absent employees.
**Supervisory**
Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:** ?
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ 3-5 years lead/crew chief/ supervisory experience.
+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook (MS products).
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to solve problems as they occur on the local level, not allowing the issue to progress further.
+ Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
+ Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
+ Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
+ Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
+ Must have the legal right to work in the assigned country through nationality, visa, or work permits.
+ Travel up to 20% of the time to both domestic and international locations.
+ Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
+ Manual dexterity to grasp and work with tool parts and equipment may be required.
+ Ability to climb and work from a ladder or platform, and endure sitting, standing, bending, or twisting for extended periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
+ Ability to operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods may be required.
+ Ability to cope with environmental conditions which may include exposure to congestion and varying noise levels may be required.

**Responsibilities**
? **The Position:**
The Maintenance Services Representative (MSR) will be engaged through an Employer of Record and will provide services to Panasonic Avionics.
The role holder will oversee and perform full line maintenance which may include but is not limited to Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure system serviceability and functionality. Carry out all line maintenance activities and systems: troubleshooting (within authorization) using basic computer and electronic theories as well as test equipment in accordance with regulations, policies, and approved procedures. Remove and replace components and equipment in accordance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with maintenance actions performed.
Line Maintenance responsibilities may vary by location, subject to contractual obligations.
+ Aircraft Maintenance and IFEC Systems Maintenance
+ Perform line maintenance, oversee and sign for work carried out by other non-certifying workers, under the Panasonic-issued authorization privileges or Airline-issued privileges during transit checks in accordance with the contractual obligations or approved company procedures, and report the findings in an efficient and effective manner.
+ Perform line maintenance tasks which include but are not limited to:
+ Troubleshoot (within authorization) system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post-rectification.
+ Component replacement, adjustments, inspections, and functional tests in accordance with all applicable approved documentation.
+ Perform Cabin Sweep in accordance with in accordance with contractual obligations or approved company procedures and report findings.
+ Perform transit and maintenance checks in accordance with contractual obligations or approved company procedures and report findings.
+ Perform aircraft airframe, engine, and/or systems defect rectification in accordance with all applicable approved documentation.
+ Communicate and interface with customers.
+ Certify for all work completed as applicable under a company-issued authority and governing regulations.
+ Actively promote Panasonic Avionics Corporation Safety Management System (SMS) culture.
+ Perform and maintain high-quality standards and ensure Panasonic and Airline Quality Assurance (QA) processes are followed.
+ Administrative
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with contractual obligations or Panasonic processes.
+ Accurate completion of Panasonic and airline-required maintenance documentation, including electronic data entry and/or paper-based systems within a timely manner to meet QA standards.
+ Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of housekeeping, Health & Safety, and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.
**Qualifications**
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ Minimum 5 years in full aircraft maintenance experience including three years of exercising certification privilege, preferred.
+ Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Essential Aircraft maintenance experience includes but is not limited to:
+ Ability to determine if an LRU requires replacement.
+ Ability to determine if a unit is bad from stock or requires further troubleshooting.
+ Ability to use basic troubleshooting equipment and applicable techniques.
+ Ability to carry out aircraft refueling, oil uplift, brake and wheel changes.
+ Ability to carry out airframe and engine visual check.
+ Ability to carry out defects rectification.
+ Ability to carry out aircraft push back.
+ Excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:
Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and certification, which includes, but is not limited to:
+ Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation.
+ Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
+ Perform Cabin Sweeps in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual tests.
+ Perform Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to the contract.
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
+ Ensure timely escalation and coordination in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Lead or the Supervisor.
+ As required, based on aircraft type, may work on other aircraft equipment as assigned.
+ Communicate and interface with customers.
+ Certify for all work completed as applicable under a company-issued authority and governing regulations.
Administrative:
+ Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Management.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:** ?
+ Secondary/Technical School degree.
+ 12 months of experience on the Panasonic IFEC systems.
+ Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience.
+ Must have worked on aircraft in the last 18 months.
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ Essential aircraft maintenance experience.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Basic computer skills in using Linux.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to lead and supervise others as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:
Performance of maintenance tasks including component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and certification, which includes, but is not limited to:
+ Remove and replace components in accordance with all applicable documentation.
+ Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), cabling, or other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
+ Perform Cabin Sweeps in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and report findings.
+ Perform Built-in (BITE) and manual tests.
+ Perform Software and Media Loading.
+ Clean components and equipment racks/filters if applicable to the contract.
+ Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
+ Ensure timely escalation and coordination in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor of any problem occurring in the assigned aircraft area.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Lead or the Supervisor.
+ As required, based on aircraft type, may work on other aircraft equipment as assigned.
+ Communicate and interface with customers.
+ Certify for all work completed as applicable under a company-issued authority and governing regulations.
Administrative:
+ Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping of inventory.
+ Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and tool care.
+ Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Management.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:** ?
+ Secondary/Technical School degree.
+ 12 months of experience on the Panasonic IFEC systems.
+ Minimum of 24 months on-aircraft experience.
+ Must have worked on aircraft in the last 18 months.
+ Hold a valid Indian DGCA CAR66 Aircraft License / Authority or equivalent required to certify customers on different aircraft types/systems at the assigned location.
+ Essential aircraft maintenance experience.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Basic computer skills in using Linux.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to lead and supervise others as needed.
+ Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
+ Use professional concepts while applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
+ Excellent English language knowledge
+ Must have the legal right to work in the assigned country through nationality, visa, or work permits.
+ Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
+ May require both international and domestic travel, up to 25 % of time, to other line station locations to provide relief from time to time as required.
+ Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.
+ Ability to work a rotating shift roster that spans 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
+ Manual dexterity to grasp and work with tool parts and equipment.
+ Ability to:
+ Climb and work from a ladder or platform and,
+ Sitting, standing, bending, or twisting for extended periods and
+ to lift up to 50 pounds and
+ operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods, and
+ Ability to cope with environmental conditions, which may include exposure to congestion and varying noise levels.

**Required Qualifications**

+ 9+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, particularly with furnace and heat treatment equipment, CNC machines, and high voltage equipment.
+ A strong background in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is essential.
+ Should be skilled in regular inspection, servicing, and repair of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, calibrating, and updating equipment, along with adherence to safety protocols, is crucial. The ability to maintain precise control over automated processes is also required.
