• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for a range of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, robotic arms, automated assembly lines, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using remote diagnostic tools, software logs, and video conferencing with on-site personnel.
• Guide on-site technicians through maintenance procedures, repair processes, and calibration steps via detailed instructions and live support.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

• Perform line maintenance duties on assigned aircraft, including pre-flight, transit, and post-flight checks.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled aircraft inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer's manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, lubrication, filter replacements, and component replacements.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to perform maintenance procedures.
• Document all maintenance actions accurately and thoroughly in the aircraft maintenance logbook and computer systems.
• Ensure all work performed complies with FAA, EASA, or relevant aviation authority regulations and company policies.
