- Oversee external contractors and vendors performing specialized maintenance tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Excellent understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in industrial settings.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work extended hours or shifts if required.
