**How you'll spend your day**
- Maintenance and operation of plant utilities like Air compressor, Chillers, Heat pumps, Hot water system, Water system, HVAC systems, Nitrogen plant, HSD yard,Gensets, cooling towers, boilers, NG stations,Transformers, HT switchyards,Electrical systems,Mechanical systems and other utilities related systems.
- Provide the maintenance support to the QC/Micro area, Fire pump house, ETP, Solvent storage yard and other non manufacuturing area's as applicable.
- Carrying out the Preventiva maintenance, Building maintenance, AMC,CAMC,Breakdown maintenance, predctive maintenance,Safety complinace inspections.
- Support Engineers & Technician in carrying out Functional Engineering, maintenance, repair and Planning, Detailed Scheduling and Execution to- ensure continuity of availability of plant & equipment at optimal cost, achieve standard capacity, ensure overall plant & equipment integrity & reliability in compliance with Teva Standards & Procedures.
- Reporting of daily MIS, Incidents & Deviations and other observations.
- Execute maintenance activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve shift maintenance plan.
- Upkeep the Equipment availability by analysing and reducing the breakdowns.
- Keep the facility in good condition with proper building maintenance.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Execute the Engineering & Maintenance activities in the plant & ensure timely delivery of AOP within the given budget, also having an In-depth understanding of Operation and maintenance procedures and project management principles.
- Support Engineers/technicians, Managers & contractors in carrying out, operation and maintenance planning, detailed scheduling and material ordering-delivery, project workflow and documentation.
- Ensure all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed.
- Working as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the facility and all time readiness for audit.
- Implementing improvement programs and its changes.
- Identifying the critical spares, consumables for the service floor area and keep them in stock.
- Lead contractors/vendor/OEMs and non-payroll manpower. Also, define their tasks and required resources.
- Track activities & deliverables, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Lead GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
- Develop effective ways to measure and analyze the operation and maintenance progress. Common strategies for documenting a maintenance & operation include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
- Connect with various OEMs, Facility maintenance, Industry Bodies, Statutory Bodies to complete the elivarables.
- Ensures the Periodical boiler, Electrical and other statury inspection readiness and it's compliances.
- Represent the utility area for all audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up electronic systems and devices
- Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish industrial electronic equipment.
- Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures
- Troubleshoot electronic circuits to component level and effectively identify failure trends.
- Test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment
- Repair and/or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit components
- Update software and run tests on existing equipment
- Familiarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies. Isolate problems between the test environment (test station, interface adapter, test cables, etc.) and the units under test and resolve as necessary.
- Record and interpret test data (plots, graphs, tabulated parameters, etc.) to determine pass/fail condition and determine when further analysis is needed. The Electronics Repair Technician will communicate with Repair Services management to keep them informed of job status
- The Electronics Repair Technician will perform field service visits in a timely manner as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customers
- Ability to solder and desolder using through hole and surface mount technology
- Ability to recognize various electronic components and their functions
- Able to work in a progressive repair process, having direct interaction with employees performing other portions of the process
- Able to work in team, and to collaborate with other professionals on technical tasks
- Maintain inventory
- Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.
- Attending regular training workshops and reporting to the Supervisor.
- Ensures that all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
For this position, we are looking for someone who has:
- ITI/Diploma/ Degree or completed coursework in Electronics
- 5 yrs of proven work experience in similar job
- Fluent in English speaking and excellent in reading and writing.
