+ Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members

+ Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility
+ Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong experience in data management, business analysis, and project delivery within financial services.
+ Proven ability to lead initiatives using Scrum or traditional project management methodologies.
+ SAFe/Agile certification is desirable.
+ Solid understanding of investment banking products, processes, and data flows.
+ Experience with DataLake platforms and modern data architecture.
+ Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
+ Strong grasp of data modeling principles and metadata management.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Familiarity with data governance frameworks, quality metrics, and control processes.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance to define and execute enterprise data strategies.
+ Lead cross-functional data projects as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
+ Ensure adherence to data governance standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, GDPR).
+ Identify and remediate data quality and integrity issues through proactive analysis and control implementation.
+ Support regulatory reporting and data risk assessments with a focus on compliance and control.
+ Contribute to DataLake implementation, ensuring scalable and secure data architecture.
+ Apply knowledge of data modeling and architecture to support robust and sustainable data solutions.
